I received an advance copy from Kathleen and did read it. We have interacted via our blogs and have spoken a handful of times, although we have never worked together. At about 40 pages, I think it is priced reasonably (certainly so compared to some other self-published e-books.) The price is modest enough that I didn't think to make a point of it, or that I had received my copy gratis. Sorry I wasn’t clear.
