		<description>Jim, as you can imagine the subject of this post interests me a lot .. and I think between us we've probably seen many of the difficult issues of implementing any real and substantive changes to work design inside organizations of size.  I truly believe that the growing ppenetration (right word ??) of social software into the enterprise will raise 1) some very interesting implementation challenges, and 2) lead to a resurgence in the real need for organizational development work.

I am wondering whether we could exchange on this subject offline, so to speak, via private email ?  I don't have your email address and cannot find it on your blog, but you will have mine from the heading of this comment.

And if I don't hear from you, then of course I will realize ...</description>
